Wedding Proposal menu sample (2 to 6 guests):
Seared king scallop in Green pea soup
*
 Red Tuna tartare with truffles, capers and olives surrounded with rocket and green pea cress
*
Roasted Greek lobster surf&turf with veal tenderloin under pecorino crust, morel juice and seared bok choi
*
Double Valrhona chocolate mousse flavoured with Caribbean Rum, brandy snaps and red fruit sorbet

Anniversary Menu sample (2 to 6 guests):
Crab meat cheese cake on French endives and baby tomatoes comfiture
*
Seared Norwegian salmon flammed with pastis,  resting on leek compote, served with vierge sauce
*
Pomegranate sorbet
*
Herbs and parmesan crusted lamb loin, truffled potatoes, baby vegetables and feta cheese mousse
*
Praline cake with espresso crème brulee and wild berries

Small BBQ party Menu sample (max 20 guests):
On the Buffet:
Waldorf Salad
Garden green salad with eggplant crisps and parmesan shavings
Potato salad with whole grain mustard and caper berries
Greek salad
Beetroot with yoghurt and mint
Assorted BBQ dips, olives and dressings
Assorted local and International cheese display
From The Grill:
Rib eye stakes
Pork tenderloin skewers with mushrooms, pita and tzatziki dip
 Garlic and thyme Marinated lamb chops
Truffle flavoured beef burgers
Five spices marinated prawns
Chicken satay skewers with peanut sauce

Various side dishes
Selection of local desserts
Grilled pineapple with rum and vanilla ice cream

After Fishing Menu Sample (max 20 guests):

Salad bar with assorted condiments, olives and hot bread
Cheese platter
Salt Crusted whole fresh fish ( Grouper, Bass etc., Max 4kg)
Fried prawns 
Grilled fish fillets
Mussels saganaki with mustard, feta cheese and herbs
Paella
Grilled Vegetables and various side dishes
Selection of desserts and fresh fruits

Fees and conditions: 
The charge for the service is a flat fee of 800€, plus tax and food cost. The fee includes of 2 hours shopping, 4 hours preparation and cooking, 2 hours service.
Price includes an assistant for cooking and service.
Extra cost of 2 air tickets, transportation from-to airport plus 4 star accommodation for 2 nights will be charged to customers outside Thessaloniki Greece.
A 50% deposit plus extra charges is required on confirmation
